Vasuvio Inc. is a Delaware C-Corp and the controller for this website. For customer data inside a paid or demo tenant, we process that data to provide the product.
What we collect
Website: pages viewed, IP and device data from hosting logs, and whatever you send if you email hello@vasuvio.ai or book a demo (name, work email, company).
Product: CRM design-win fields, distributor POS, ERP billings, and user accounts (name, work email, role) that you or your company upload so attribution can run. Do not upload payment-card data.
Demo tenants may contain synthetic data, labeled as such.
How we use it
We use this data to run and support Vasuvio, answer demo requests, secure the Service, and comply with law.
We do not sell personal or customer data. We do not train external or public AI models on CRM, POS, ERP, or outputs from them.
We share data only with providers who host the site or product, send email, or run scheduling, and only as needed, or if the law requires it.

Inquiries: until the request is handled, then a short follow-up period. Product data: for the subscription, then deleted or de-identified from production systems within 60 days after termination, except backups and legal holds.
Email hello@vasuvio.ai to access, correct, or delete website or account data we control. For data your employer loaded into a tenant, ask that company’s administrator. The Service is for business users, not children.
